Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled MEP Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) domain, specifically with villas or high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing, installing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with a focus on luxury villas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Installation:

• Design MEP systems for villas, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  
• Oversee the installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems in villa projects.
  
• Coordinate with architects and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
  

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Provide troubleshooting support for any MEP-related issues during or after construction.
  
• Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance of installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Ensure that all MEP systems are in line with local building codes and regulations.
  

• Project Management:

• Supervise and guide subcontractors and vendors for the timely and quality installation of MEP systems.
  
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of MEP work as per project timelines.
  
• Ensure adherence to the project budget, maintaining cost efficiency.
  

• Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare detailed reports on system installations, testing, and performance.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of MEP system designs, changes, and installations.
  

• Coordination:

• Collaborate with the design, civil, and other engineering teams to ensure effective and efficient project execution.
  
• Interface with clients to discuss requirements, progress updates, and resolve any issues.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineering or related fields.

• Experience:

  Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in MEP work for villas or luxury residential projects.

• Skills:

• Strong understanding of MEP systems for high-end residential buildings.
  
• Proficient in MEP design software and tools.
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
