Role Highlights

Manage and coordinate MEP design for large-scale residential and commercial projects.
Collaborate with architects, structural, and faade teams for integrated design solutions.
Review and approve detailed MEP drawings, GFCs, and shop drawings.
Ensure compliance with building codes, statutory regulations, and sustainability standards.
Drive innovation in energy efficiency, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Oversee consultants and vendors for timely and quality deliverables.

What Were Looking For

Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
18+ years of experience in MEP design and coordination, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting systems, and green building norms.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
