Full-time job opportunity for Career Mentors (Fully Remote)

We have 20 Open Positions | ₹30,000 - ₹60,000/month | 100% Remote but full time for Career Mentors.

If people naturally gravitate toward you when they need direction, encouragement, or a confidence boost, and you are able to make a difference, you might be the right fit for this position.

You don't need to be a certified career coach to apply for this role.

We'll train you on the core content, playbooks and roadmaps and career development frameworks that you need to use while mentoring.

What we can't teach is the natural ability to connect, inspire, and guide others.

1 year of work experience, graduate

- Prior knowledge of mentorship/teaching/coaching/customer care/communication.

- Knowledge of AI tools application is preferred.
