As a member of the Governance, Risk & Compliance group at Mendix, you will be part of a leading provider of solutions for product design, simulation, and manufacturing across various industries. You will have the opportunity to work with the Mendix low-code application development platform, enabling customers to create and deploy enterprise software efficiently. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing no/low-code solutions, adapting to change in agile software development, and leveraging your expertise in Java/Javascript to enhance the platform. Your problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and collaborative nature will be essential in driving the success of the team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement no/low-code solutions or apps - Adapt to change in agile software development - Utilize Java/Javascript to enhance the platform - Collaborate with developers and stakeholders in digital transformation - Provide strong problem-solving skills and analytical insights - Take ownership of tasks and go the extra mile to ensure success **Qualifications Required:** - BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering, or related field - 1-4 years of experience in developing/implementing no/low-code solutions - Proficiency in agile software development with an open-minded approach - Experience with Java/Javascript; additional low code/no code experience is advantageous - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Collaborative mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive team success **Additional Company Details:** Siemens is a global organization with a commitment to equality and diversity.
