This is an exciting opportunity to join the west of Scotland Immunology & Anaphylaxis service and to develop as an independent practitioner in a Band 6 Clinical Nurse Specialist role. In application, you will have relevant registered nurse experience and have an interest in training and supporting patients with life-long conditions to manage their own care in both the Immunology and Anaphylaxis services. You will have the skill set to competently perform the necessary technical/invasive/physical aspects of care to support patient compliance with treatment regimes. Being certified in Clinical Assessment and Non-Medical Prescribing is advantageous to the role and if not already attained, you will have the opportunity to train and expand your education in this specialty, as the post requires. A new age in healthcare technology has just begun. Overview The Technology Account Manager is the primary, accountable owner of day-to-day client Hosting operations within their subset of clients. The TAM also serves as a trusted technology advisor to our clients and internal liaison to supporting teams. They ensure customer needs and contract requirements/Service Level Agreements are met. They conduct performance monitoring and proactive efforts to provide our clients the best experience possible. Lastly, they lead internal efforts to standardize our best practices in hosting delivery. Responsibilities Manages our technology client relationship including daily communications, weekly status meetings, and monthly KPI/SLA reporting to executives. Ensures all Hosting customer issues are satisfactorily resolved utilizing support teams as needed. Maintains and delivers regular program status updates and service performance via the customer dashboard. Serves as liaison between application technology vendors, internal IS groups, and business partners. Acts as a technological escalation point for our Hosted clients. Documents client's processes and procedures incorporating lessons learned to ensure client success. Manages internal workstreams for their subset of clients (decommissions, right-sizing, security, best practices). Leverages performance monitoring tools for proactive issue identification and resolution Ensures adherence to contractual obligations. Correctly sets operational expectations with customers. Analyzes data with an understanding of data trends and presents findings. Change Control coordinating service maintenance or enhancements to minimize business impact. Accountable/Responsible for Hosting client experience and satisfaction. Oversees project deliverables, general project status, and operations readiness. Qualifications Academic and Professional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent/years of experience required. Azure Fundamentals AZ900 (Preferred) Experience: 4-7 years relevant work experience (Preferred). Working knowledge of monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Logic Monitor, AppD, Grafana and others (Preferred). High level technical experience and understanding. Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate to various levels of management. Strong client focus. Ability to work well with clients of varying levels of technical expertise in high-pressure situations and complex environments. Ability to work proactively and with minimal supervision. Our payroll and accounting team is expanding. As part of our expanding payroll and accounting team, this position will help manage and oversee payroll operations for the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Columbia and Chile regions. This role combines team leadership with hands-on payroll expertise, supporting our corporate headquarters in Sunnyvale. You will help supervise daily operations while ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across the AMER region. This role will be in our office in India, Pune. What You'll Do Supervise end-to-end AMER payroll operations using ADP Global View (SAP), Workday, and ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate and timely processing for US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil payrolls. Lead, mentor, and develop team members through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and training initiatives while managing workload distribution effectively. Oversee payroll processing cycles, including pre-payroll activities, processing deadlines, and post-payroll reconciliations. Monitor and review payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, and audit reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage and validate payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, deductions, and retroactive adjustments. Oversee stock compensation processing including RSU vesting, ESPP administration, tax calculations, and compliance requirements. Coordinate with ADP and other vendors for system maintenance, updates, and issue resolution. Manage inbound and outbound integrations between payroll platforms and vendor systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely transfers. Monitor and implement regulatory changes related to benefit plans, overtime rules, and tax regulations across AMER regions. Maintain SOX compliance through proper documentation, controls, and regular audits. Develop and deliver monthly KPI dashboards tracking processing accuracy, timeline adherence, and team productivity. Create and maintain cross-skill matrix for team development and coverage planning. Build strong partnerships with HR partners, Benefits, Stock team, & other stakeholders through regular communication and collaboration. Establish and maintain comprehensive knowledge repository for payroll processes, procedures, and training materials. Oversee regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Lead year-end activities including W-2 processing, reconciliations, and tax form distribution. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Participate in budget planning and forecasting for payroll operations. Manage special projects including system implementations and upgrades. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations across all AMER jurisdictions. Coordinate and review all payroll-related journal entries and general ledger reconciliations. Manage benefit deduction reconciliations including 401(k), FSA, and health insurance. Lead system testing and validation during upgrades or modifications. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all payroll processes. Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed. Manage emergency and off-cycle payment processes when required. Monitor and analyze payroll trends to identify potential issues or improvements. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. 15+ years of progressive AMER payroll operations experience. Extensive experience managing multi-country payroll operations across USA, Canada, Mexico, Columbia, Chile, and Brazil in high-growth environments. Advanced expertise in equity compensation processing (RSU/ESPP/NQ) and cafeteria plan administration. Proven proficiency in ADP Global View (SAP), Workday, and ADP Workforce Now. Demonstrated experience in managing system integrations, including inbound/outbound interfaces between payroll and vendor platforms. Comprehensive understanding of Federal, State, and multi-country payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements. Expert knowledge of payroll systems, earnings/deduction codes, W-2/W-2C processing, and GL mapping. Strong track record in year-end payroll activities, reconciliations, and statutory reporting across AMER regions. Proven leadership experience with ability to develop, mentor, and manage high-performing teams. Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and automation initiatives. Excellence in project management, including system implementations and upgrades. Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to partner effectively with HR, Finance, and external vendors. Advanced problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to interact at all organizational levels. Experience in managing payroll operations in fast-paced, dynamic environments with changing priorities. Strong analytical skills with ability to develop and track KPIs and performance metrics. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Experience in developing and maintaining SOX controls and compliance procedures. Self-motivated professionals with proactive approach to challenges and continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to lead multiple high-priority projects while ensuring operational excellence in day-to-day activities.
