Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun for a Cast Member at Roseate Hotels & Resorts. The Member will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including guest services, maintaining high standards of hospitality, assisting with event coordination, and ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout their stay. The role requires collaboration with different departments to maintain operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Guest services, hospitality, and event coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
• Experience in the luxury hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and guest satisfaction
