About the Team

At Nutanix Service Provider, we are building the next generation Service Provider platform to help managed service providers offer seamless multitenancy, ensuring that tenants have isolated environments, control over virtual networks, and the ability to scale workloads dynamically.

SPs should be able to offer simpler pricing models and a streamlined infrastructure that minimizes complexity and operational overhead to their tenants. The SP platform would ensure compliance with local data residency requirements and offering secure, GDPR-compliant solutions is critical for

service providers in regulated markets. Ultimately, the SP platform would be able to provide advanced offerings like Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as

a Service (SaaS) to meet their customer needs

Your Role

The MTS Developer position is an aggregate position for all software development roles.
Our front end development is primarily done in React, Redux or Angular. Our backend engineering work is done in a variety of programming languages - Golang, Python or Java. . Developers will be required to implement protocol clients/servers, work with message queues, code massively parallel systems, write async network code, develop graph walkers, worry about database performance and tackle cloud-scale problems. When applying for this job, youll be automatically considered for our current and future developer roles

What You Will Bring

Experience in one of following programming languages: GoLang/Java/ Python
Strong experience in Linux, Kubernetes, Working experience working with storage, networking, virtualization (Nutanix, VMWare, KVM) and/or cloud technologies - (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience with database (SQL, Document-based) and messaging technologies (NATS, Kafka, Pulsar) Familiarity with OS internals, concepts of distributed data management, web scale systems and proven ability in having built clustered, high-performance, fault- tolerant distributed applications or systems software. Experience in building and managing web scale applications.

Qualifications and Experience

BS/ MS in Computer Science or Engineering
2-8 Years of experience in designing and developing applications is required.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
