About the Team

At Nutanix Cloud Manager, we are trying to build the next generation platform to help
enterprises model, develop and manage applications. We want to give them the ability toencapsulate not only infrastructure but even the application its architecture anddeployment as code. Our goal is to enable IT to- Optimize capacity, proactively detect performance anomalies, and automate operationaltasks- Streamline management, deployment, and scale applications with self-service andcentralized role-based IT governance.- Drive financial accountability and unify security operations with intelligent analysis andregulatory compliance

Your Role

The MTS Developer position is an aggregate position for all software development roles.
Our front end development is primarily done in React, Redux or Angular. Our backendengineering work is done in a variety of programming languages - Golang, Python or Java..Developers will be required to implement protocol clients/servers, work with messagequeues, code massively parallel systems, write async network code, develop graphwalkers, worry about database performance and tackle cloud-scale problems. Whenapplying for this job, you'll be automatically considered for our current and futuredeveloper roles

What You Will Bring

Experience in one of following programming languages: GoLang/Java/ Python
Strong experience in Linux, Kubernetes,
Working knowledge of JavaScript and its ecosystem(Angular, React.js, Redux and D3.js), HTML5 and CSS3
Knowledge of TypeScript and familiarity with any server-side language and databases is preferred
Working experience working with storage, networking, virtualization (Nutanix, VMWare, KVM) and/or cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with database (SQL, Document-based) and messaging technologies (NATS, Kafka, Pulsar)Familiarity with OS internals, concepts of distributed data management, web scale systems and proven ability in having built clustered, high-performance, fault- tolerant distributed applications or systems software.
Experience in building and managing web scale applications.
BS/ MS in Computer Science or Engineering
6-8 Years of experience in designing and developing applications is required.
