Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers (US/UK/Australia, etc.)
  
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or accounts
  
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries professionally
  
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers
  
• Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems
  
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction benchmarks
  
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
  
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  
• Neutral or clear accent preferred
  
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  
• Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts
  
• Customer-centric attitude with a positive approach
  

Education & Experience

• Minimum: 12th pass / High school diploma (Graduate preferred)
  
• Freshers welcome (experience in international voice process is an advantage)

• B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.

• Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walk-in.
