We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our International Voice Process team for a UK-based project. As a Voice Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing effective solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for UK-based customers.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, offering solutions, and resolving complaints efficiently.
  
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in fluent English.
  
• Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism during customer interactions.
  
• Meet performance metrics such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
  
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and ensure proper documentation.
  

Skills & Requirements:

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Previous experience in a voice process (preferred, but not mandatory).
  
• Ability to handle customer inquiries in a calm, professional, and efficient manner.
  
• Flexible and adaptable to work in rotational shifts (24/7 operation) and week-offs.
  
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high performance standards.
  
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
