We are hiring motivated and customer-focused candidates for the role of International Dual Chat Process Executive. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously with international customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries while maintaining high standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle dual chat windows efficiently, engaging with international customers via chat.
Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries related to products, services, and troubleshooting.
Resolve issues by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Maintain professionalism and empathy while communicating in written form.
Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams in a timely manner.
Meet or exceed quality and productivity targets.
Work in shifts as per business requirements ( night and rotational shifts).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent written communication skills in English.
Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with high accuracy.
Strong typing speed and proficiency with chat tools and CRM software.
Good problem-solving skills and patience in dealing with customer concerns.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and internet usage.

Preferred:

Experience in international customer support or chat process.
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Prior BPO or shared services experience.
