• Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Mandatory Documents to carry:

• TCS Online Application Form

• Hard Copy of Resume

• 2 Copy Recent Passport Size Photographs

• Original and photocopy of Govt. ID proof (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card)

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide assistance to HRBP/BUHR with daily HR activities.
• Facilitate HR related events
• Handle employee queries and provide correct resolutions
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure that the employee queries are answered on time
• Manage company Structure, New Hire/Rehire, Separations, F&F Settlement, Payroll updates, etc.
• Review and Approve Personal Information Changes
• Manage Mediclaim and Benefits processing
• Provide MIS and reports

Skills & Knowledge :

• Excellent understanding of various processes of core HR Operations.
• Excellent process knowledge of Employee Data Management.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
