Personal Banker Sales (PB Sales) - Hisar

Branch Manager Sirsa

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the overall operations and profitability of the branch.
  • Drive business growth across CASA, retail loans, and third-party products.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory guidelines, and internal controls.
  • Monitor branch performance, customer service standards, and audit readiness.
  • Mentor, train, and motivate the branch team to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.

Personal Banker Sales Hisar

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and lead conversions.
  • Achieve sales targets across banking products such as CASA, insurance, and investments.
  • Deliver quality service and build strong customer relationships.
  • Cross-sell relevant financial products based on customer needs.
  • Ensure timely documentation and compliance with bank policies.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand presence.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

  • Graduate / MBA / CA (Preferred)

Work Experience:

  • Branch Manager:

    8 to 17 years of experience in branch banking, sales, or relationship management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • PB – Sales:

    1 to 4 years of experience in banking/NBFC sales, customer acquisition, or relationship roles.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities under pressure.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business targets.
  • Excellent coordination with internal teams and external clients.
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Team leadership (for BM) and individual accountability (for PB Sales).
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
  • High energy, result-oriented, and driven to deliver exceptional service.
