Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced to lead our growing tax team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in both individual and business tax filings, as well as experience in entity formation and state compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead generation and manage to gather the tax documents for both individual (1040/1040NR) and business tax returns (1120, 1120S, 1065).
Review and ensure accuracy of returns and associated forms including Schedules A, B, C, D, K-1s, and more.
Guide clients through business entity formation, including LLCs, S-Corps, and C-Corps, ensuring proper state registration and compliance.
Conduct detailed tax research and provide expert advice on complex tax matters affecting both individuals and businesses.
