International Technical Voice/ Customer Support Voice

Key Skills

Prior experience in
technical support or customer service into Voice
Familiarity with
Microsoft products and services.
Certifications
(e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, M365 Fundamentals) are a plus.

Qualification: * * Any Graduate or Post Graduate * *

MAX 4 LPA(20%-30% Hike on last drawn)

Roles and Responsibilities

Utilize Microsoft tools such as CRM systems for efficient issue tracking and resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our ticketing system.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software products.
Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, or chats.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Tools like CRM systems.
