Job Description

1. AR Caller (HB / PB)PB - 40k Take-home & HB - 45K Take-homeRequirements

Minimum 1 year experience in AR Calling
Ability to handle claims follow-up, denials, resolutions
Strong communication and analytical skills
Comfortable with Night Shift | WFO

Compensation & Benefits:

Up to 40,000 TH + Performance Incentives

2.Charge Entry:-30k Take-Home

Verify coding details provided by coders and providers.
Review super bills, encounter forms, and medical records to validate codes.

3. Medical Billing:30k Take-Home

Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
Review and analyze claim denials (technical & clinical).
Identify root causes of denials and take corrective actions.
Resubmit, appeal, or escalate claims based on payer requirements.
Document all call details, actions taken, and updates in the billing system.
