We are seeking a dedicated Content Moderator to join our team in Hyderabad/Secunderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in content moderation or related fields, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of community guidelines. You will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content, ensuring it adheres to our policies, and fostering a safe and positive online environment for our users.

Responsibilities

Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.
Identify and escalate inappropriate content, including hate speech, harassment, and explicit material.
Engage with users to provide feedback and guidance on content policies.
Maintain detailed records of moderation activities and decisions.
Collaborate with the content team to improve guidelines and moderation processes.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Or Post Graduate related field.
1-5 years of experience in content moderation or a similar role.
CTC : 30% hike on your last CTC Upto 3.40 LPA

Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Telugu or Hindi is a plus.

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
