About the Role

Meeting Setter Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Make

  200+ outbound calls daily

  (mix of cold calls and follow-ups with warm leads).
• Call and qualify prospects sourced from

  Yelp, Google Maps, BBB, or in-house lead lists

  .
• Set a minimum of

  3 qualified appointments per day

  .
• Build rapport, identify pain points, and position our services clearly and professionally.
• Accurately update CRM notes and follow-up on interested leads.
• Communicate regularly with the internal sales team for handoff and scheduling.

Industries You’ll Target (Must have experience with at least a few):

• HVAC & General Contractors
• Cleaning Services (Commercial/Residential)
• Pool Cleaning / Gutter / Roofing Services
• Kitchen Remodeling
• Senior Care / Home Care
• Car Detailing, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of US-based cold calling / appointment setting

  .
• Confident communication with US business owners (strong English, clear accent).
• Proven ability to generate qualified appointments consistently.
• Familiarity with prospecting on

  Yelp, BBB, Google Maps

  , or similar platforms.
• Experience selling or pitching

  digital marketing or local services

  is a big plus.

Preferred Skills

• Worked with a U.S. digital marketing agency or lead-gen service.
• Basic understanding of

  SEO, PPC, lead funnels, or social media marketing

• Knows how to handle objections and follow a talk-track without sounding robotic.
