Medical Writer

Key Responsibilities:

- Research, write, and edit scientific content such as promotional materials, white papers, slide decks, journal articles, product monographs, and patient education resources.  

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, strategy, and client service) and clients to ensure content aligns with project objectives and brand guidelines.  

- Ensure all content adheres to industry regulations, client specifications, and ethical standards (e.g., FDA, AMA, or local guidelines).  

- Conduct literature reviews and fact-check data to maintain scientific accuracy and credibility.  

- Adapt writing style and tone based on target audience (e.g., HCPs, patients, or payers).  

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.  

Qualifications: 

- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field (advanced degree preferred, e.g., PharmD, PhD, or Master’s).  

- Min 1+ years of experience in medical writing, preferably in a healthcare marketing, medical communications, or pharmaceutical environment.  

- Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical research, and therapeutic areas.  

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.  

- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and promotional review processes.
