Role Overview: As a Medical Writer at our client's location within the NCR region, you will have the opportunity to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights. Your role will involve working on high-impact healthcare data projects, from data extraction and coding to strategic analysis and decision-making. If you have a deep understanding of medical terminologies, clinical trial data, and healthcare coding systems, and enjoy collaborating across teams to shape data-driven strategies, we are looking forward to having you join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Extract, validate, and manage large healthcare datasets with precision and accuracy. - Define and manage market structures, including NDC codes, ICD codes, and disease-specific classifications. - Conduct end-to-end HCP profiling using secondary research and deliver actionable insights. - Analyze complex datasets and present findings to internal teams and client stakeholders. - Partner with global cross-functional teams to improve processes and deliver strategic recommendations. - Engage with medical societies, associations, and patient advocacy groups (PAGs) to enhance research quality. - Lead planning and execution of medical data strategy projects aligned with business objectives. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards throughout analysis and reporting. Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in medical terminologies, clinical trial data, and healthcare coding systems. - Proven experience in data analysis, validation, and project delivery in the healthcare domain. - Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver with accuracy and on time. - B.Pharm degree preferred (but not mandatory) - equivalent experience in healthcare data analysis also welcome.
