Medical Writer

As a Medical Writer at Dominant Translation, your role involves preparing, formatting, and organizing medical documentation and case reports following industry standards. You will perform quality checks on translated documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining translation data and files effectively, coordinating with team members to meet project deadlines, and implementing best practices for medical translation workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, format, and organize medical documentation and case reports in accordance with industry standards - Perform quality checks on translated documents for linguistic accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements - Manage and maintain translation data and files effectively for streamlined access and version control - Coordinate with translators, editors, and project managers to meet project deadlines and quality expectations - Assist in implementing best practices for medical translation workflows and documentation standards Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical, Pharmacy, Linguistics, or related fields - Excellent command of English (knowledge of other languages is a plus) - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Experience in translation, medical writing, or documentation is preferred but not mandatory - Proficiency in MS Office and translation software tools like SDL Trados and MemoQ is an advantage If you join Dominant Translation, you will be part of a leading provider of comprehensive language translation services specializing in various sectors like Medical, Marketing, Legal, Technical, and Financial fields.
