Medical Tourism Consultant / Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Medical Tourism Consultant / Specialist who understands the global medical travel ecosystem and can help us build and grow our presence in this industry. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in international patient services, hospital/clinic tie-ups, and cross-border healthcare facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Advise on market entry strategy, target geographies, and patient acquisition models.
• Build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Establish referral networks with overseas facilitators, agents, and insurers.
• Guide patient journey design (inquiry, travel, treatment, accommodation, aftercare).
• Provide insights on compliance, visa processes, insurance, and pricing.
• Develop frameworks for marketing, branding, and client trust-building.
• Train and support our internal team for smooth operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience in medical tourism, hospital international desk, or healthcare travel consultancy.
• Strong industry network with hospitals, facilitators, and travel partners.
• Proven knowledge of patient journey management and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to deliver both strategic guidance and hands-on execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
