We are seeking an experienced Medical Tourism Consultant / Specialist who understands the global medical travel ecosystem and can help us build and grow our presence in this industry. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in international patient services, hospital/clinic tie-ups, and cross-border healthcare facilitation. Responsibilities Advise on market entry strategy, target geographies, and patient acquisition models. Build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. Establish referral networks with overseas facilitators, agents, and insurers. Guide patient journey design (inquiry, travel, treatment, accommodation, aftercare). Provide insights on compliance, visa processes, insurance, and pricing. Develop frameworks for marketing, branding, and client trust-building. Train and support our internal team for smooth operations. Requirements 5+ years of direct experience in medical tourism, hospital international desk, or healthcare travel consultancy. Strong industry network with hospitals, facilitators, and travel partners. Proven knowledge of patient journey management and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to deliver both strategic guidance and hands-on execution.
