Job Title: Medical-Surgical Nurse Location: Saudi Arabia Salary: INR 95,000 – INR 120,000 Monthly (tax-free) Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Healthcare / Hospital Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical-Surgical Nurse to join our healthcare team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a fast-paced hospital setting, ensuring their comfort, safety, and recovery. This role involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions. Monitor and assess patient health, document observations, and report any changes. Administer medications, IV therapy, and other treatments as prescribed. Prepare patients for surgeries and assist in post-operative recovery. Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with hospital policies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective patient care. Ensure adherence to infection control, safety procedures, and hospital protocols. Respond effectively to emergencies and manage critical care situations. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent. Valid nursing license in country of origin and eligibility for Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) licensing. Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a medical-surgical or acute care setting. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Ability to adapt to a multicultural work environment and rotating shifts.
