Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Superintendent located within CHL hospital 114 indore. The Medical Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring that the highest standards of patient care and safety are maintained. This role involves coordinating medical services, managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and continuously improving the quality of care. The Medical Superintendent will also facilitate communication between various departments to ensure cohesive and efficient operation of the facility.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills in a healthcare setting
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate and manage diverse teams
• Experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement in patient care
• A degree in Medicine (MBBS) and a Master's in Hospital Administration (MHA) or equivalent
• Experience in multispecialityb setup or a related field is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
