Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Social Worker located in Kozhikode. The Medical Social Worker will be responsible for providing social services, conducting discharge planning, and case management for pediatric cancer patients and their families. They will also work closely with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients' needs.

Qualifications

• Medical Social Work and Social Work skills
• Experience in Discharge Planning and Case Management
• Proficiency in providing Social Services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
• Empathy and compassion for patients and their families
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
