· Counseling Patients / Family Members and explaining about the patient diagnosis and cost involved for treatment.
·Co-coordinating with Concerned department for concession package towards the treatment of needy patients.
·Visiting patient’s house for verification of his/her status if required and to collect the required documents to raise funds and for official records.
·Follow up of applications submitted to Relief Funds and with other Govt. related issues.
Maintaining day-to-day office correspondence including patient details (General Category).
