Job Description: PHARMA SALES MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE (MR) Over the Counter RX: Products include creams, capsules, syrups, skin creams, pain balms, supplements, pain relief patches Job Responsibilities: Meet Doctors on daily basis to promote company products as per the company policy. Meet Chemists and stockists to check the stock availability & collect order and payments. Conduct and participate in various brand promotion activities Viz; CMEs, Conferences, Doctor meet, RTM (Round Table Meeting) etc. Implement Company's promotional strategies and utilize the promotional inputs as per the Company's guidelines. Maintain appropriate visit frequency with all classes of customers, doctors, hospitals and institutions to promote companys products, strengthen and build professional relationship and to enhance company image. To participate in launch of new products as per Company's guidelines and strategies. Ensure 100% ROI and strong business follow up with stake holders. Explore the new market and customers for business development. Achieve monthly sales target as assigned by the company. Job Description: Product Specialist/ TMR - Baby Care Hospital Division Products: Includes diapers, laundry wash, bath products, shampoo, lotions, oils, soaps and creams, wipes Job responsibilities: Meeting Doctors (minimum 10) in major Hospitals on Daily Basis to promote Company Baby Care Product Range as per the Company Policy. Meeting Chemists (Minimum 5 per day) and stockists (as per the need) to check the Stock Availability and Collecting Order and Payments. Job Description: SALES OFFICER - Over the Counter (OTC) BUSINESS Products: Herbal Teas, face washes, masks, scrubs, shampoos, etc Job responsibilities Responsible for primary and secondary target achievement of the assigned area. Handles General Trade & Standalone Modern Trade for OTC and healthcare categories. - Has strong team network and OTC/FMCG distributor management skills along with in depth geography knowledge. Primary and secondary target achievement of the area Monthly Sales planning and forecasting, taking into account future potential and demand generation Channel Management Cost Management with strong ROI understanding (both Distributor and Retail) Data & alignment with the Annual Operating Plan Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants Manpower allocation (on roll and 3rd party) in dierent areas depending upon business requirement Mentor, motivate and guide team members ensuring sales and distribution KPIs - business generation and achieving budgeted gures Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting trainings on products, selling skills, aligning with demand generation from another team
