Medical Sales Representative

You are a dynamic young B Pharm / D pharma professional with sales experience currently sought for a position in Chennai. Your primary role involves engaging with healthcare professionals (HCPs) at clinics and hospitals. This engagement includes discussing topics like Red Flags for LSDs and Differential Diagnosis Pathways. Your responsibility also includes educating HCPs about the Diagnostic Program designed to diagnose rare diseases such as Gaucher, Pompe, ASMD, MPS-1, and Fabrys Disease. You will be required to onboard interested HCPs into the program and maintain their details in the CRM system. In terms of ongoing engagement, you will establish regular follow-ups with onboarded HCPs to offer continuous education and support for the program. It is essential to ensure that HCPs actively participate in onboarding patients to the Diagnostic program and facilitate the diagnostic process effectively. For program implementation, your tasks will involve providing enrolled HCPs with clinical pro forma and DBS kits for patient onboarding. You will assist HCPs in scheduling diagnostic tests or collecting blood samples using the DBS kits and coordinate test bookings through the Medical Representatives/Field Counsellors. Regarding reporting, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining records of HCP activity and patient onboarding status. Your role includes ensuring that onboarded HCPs receive regular engagement and education to enhance patient onboarding on the Diagnostic program. Addressing HCP queries and resolving any issues to streamline the program workflow is also part of your duties. Furthermore, it is crucial to proactively identify potential HCPs to expand program outreach and maintain a healthy pipeline of interested participants. You will be expected to submit timely updates to management, providing insights on HCP engagement and program progress.,
