MEDICAL SALES EXECUTIVE (RETAIL)

You will be responsible for meeting with doctors, surgeons, purchase departments, and healthcare decision-makers to generate leads and convert them into sales. Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will need to visit medicine counters to increase retail counter sales. Identifying new market opportunities, increasing brand awareness, and maintaining detailed reports of field visits, targets achieved, and market coverage will be essential tasks. It is required to have your own vehicle for this position. To qualify for this role, you should have a background in Medical Sales, possess medicine knowledge, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and customers. You must exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet sales targets. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial. Developing relationships with vendors, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and identifying business development opportunities are key responsibilities. A passion for wellness and natural health, along with strong business acumen and analytical skills, will be advantageous in this role. Maintaining relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, homeopathic centers, and ayurvedic centers is also part of the job requirements. You should be able to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
