Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Medical Representatives in Agra. The role involves fieldwork to promote and sell Chemosyn Limited’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a desire to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Chemosyn Limited’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in the assigned territory (Agra).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to generate prescriptions and achieve sales targets.

• Conduct product presentations, detailing the benefits and features of medicines to doctors and pharmacists.

• Organize and participate in medical camps, seminars, and conferences to enhance product visibility.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide feedback to the management team.

• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines during promotional activities.

• Plan and execute effective territory coverage to maximize outreach and sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (B.Sc., B.Pharm, or related fields preferred).

• Experience: No prior experience required (Fresher position).

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of medical and pharmaceutical terminology (training will be provided).

• Strong negotiation and sales skills.

• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler (preferred).

• Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).

• Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of localvisualize interactive chart widget
