Job Summary:

Digital Health coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the
entire Ahmedabad territory
and ensure consistent sales performance.
Visit
doctors offices, clinics, and hospitals
to promote and demonstrate products.
Build and maintain
strong relationships with healthcare professionals
and key decision-makers.
Lead, mentor, and
train a team of junior medical representatives
.
Track team performance and ensure the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Organize CMEs, product presentations, and promotional events.
Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activity, and feedback from the field.
Ensure product knowledge is up-to-date and effectively communicated to the team.
Maintain professional image and be a
presentable and articulate spokesperson
for the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
(preferably in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field).
8 to 12 years
of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales.
Proven
experience in handling a team and training
them effectively.
In-depth knowledge of
Ahmedabad medical market and territory
.
Strong
English communication skills
, both spoken and written.
Must be
presentable, confident, and persuasive
in approach.
Willingness to travel within the region as per business needs.
