Job Description

Position: Medical Representative
Location: Navi Mumbai (Maharashtra)

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit doctors, clinics, chemists, and stockists to promote assigned pharmaceutical products.
• Generate and convert leads for prescription or stock purchase.
• Provide accurate product information while ensuring adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
• Take full ownership of your territory and proactively driving sales.
• Maintain daily activity reports and share updates on clients and market trends.
• Ensure timely collections, proper billing, and credit control.
• Handle client interactions with professionalism and ensuring strong, ethical, and long-term relationships with potential clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 – 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a demonstrated performance track record (Fresher with strong communication also welcome).
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical market and doctor/chemist network is a plus.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and persuasion ability
• Target-driven and honest with client interactions
• Comfortable using reporting tools
