Medical Representative (MR) - Delhi

Experience :

• 1 year - 3 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Product Promotion: Promote teleradiology software to doctors, diagnostic centers hospitals, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
• Sales Targets: Achieve the company's monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to drive product usage and prescriptions.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products, as well as competitor offerings.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and changes in the market landscape.
• Territory Management: Plan and manage visits to healthcare professionals within assigned territories.
• Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Training: Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product developments and enhance selling techniques.
• Meetings and Conferences: Represent the company at medical conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, with business or marketing degrees also considered relevant.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is typically required, though freshers may be considered based on company needs.

Skills:

• Strong communication ( english and local language is mandatory ) and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in negotiation and sales techniques.
• A solid understanding of the healthcare system and pharmaceutical industry.
• Capability to work independently and manage a territory efficiently.
• Analytical skills to assess sales data and develop growth strategies.

Other Requirements:

• A valid driving license for field visits.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
