Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for contacting potential clients, establishing rapport, and arranging meetings. Your mission will be to drive sales through strategic marketing initiatives and direct client interactions, especially within the Ayurveda industry. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: ✅ Identifying and reaching out to potential clients ✅ Planning and executing new marketing strategies ✅ Expanding our market and increasing sales revenue ✅ Conducting field visits—minimum 120 client visits per month ✅ Keeping up-to-date with Ayurveda products and services ✅ Attending industry conferences and events ✅ Managing sales targets and tracking progress 🔹 What We’re Looking For: ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field ✔ 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing ✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills ✔ Ability to multi-task and manage complex projects ✔ Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ✔ Comfortable using technology for business tasks ✔ Must own a two-wheeler for travel ✔ Willingness to work extended hours if needed
