Counsel patients regarding correct medicine usage, side effects, and storage when required. Ensure no substitution of drugs without doctor’s consent. 2. Inventory & Procurement Management Maintain adequate stock levels of medicines, consumables, and urology-specific drugs (e.g., antibiotics, hormonal drugs, irrigation fluids, disposables, etc.). Monitor expiry dates and manage near-expiry or short-expiry items. Prepare and share reorder lists based on consumption and lead time. Coordinate with purchase and accounts teams for timely indenting and vendor payments. 3. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation Maintain all pharmacy records as per Drugs and Cosmetics Act and FDA regulations. Ensure proper documentation of narcotic and Schedule H drugs.
