Job Role:

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Medical Representative (MR) to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote Meghayu Pharma products like Arthomegh and Diabamegh, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and detail Meghayu Pharma’s Ayurvedic products to doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacists, and stockists.
• Organize product presentations, samples, and promotional activities.
• Achieve monthly sales and prescription targets.
• Gather feedback from doctors and monitor competitor activities.
• Ensure availability and visibility of products in assigned areas.
• Maintain daily call reports and update the CRM/reporting system.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years as a Medical Representative (Ayurvedic/Pharma) preferred; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of Ayurvedic products and the pharma industry is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Other Requirements:
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Smartphone for reporting and communication.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience) + Attractive Incentives.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
