Job Description

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Medical Representative

to join our team. This role is pivotal in promoting our pharmaceutical products and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the healthcare industry, particularly in the fields of CNS and neurology, and will be responsible for driving sales and increasing market share in the assigned territories of

Bangalore, Pune, Bharuch, and Ahmedabad

.Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
Promote and sell our pharmaceutical products, focusing on CNS and neurology segments.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback.
Participate in medical conferences and seminars to enhance product knowledge and network with industry professionals.
Provide training and support to clients regarding product usage and benefits.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

A bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
1 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on CNS and neurology preferred.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territories.

This is a full-time position with a day schedule, and the selected candidate will work on-site. We are offering an attractive annual salary of

3,50,000
