Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Medical Representative / Business Officer to join our team at British Biologicals, a leading player in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Provide product information and support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Medical Representative or Business Officer in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and sales performance.
