 Patient Care: Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Perform medical procedures and surgeries relevant to the department. Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Supervision and Teaching: Supervise and mentor junior residents and medical students. Conduct bedside teaching and clinical rounds. Lead departmental educational sessions, case presentations, and seminars. Participate in curriculum development and evaluation. Clinical Research: Engage in clinical research projects within the department. Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals. Present research at conferences and academic meetings. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical standards. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to policy development. Professional Development: Stay current with advancements in medical knowledge and practices. Attend continuing medical education (CME) programs and workshops.
