Description:
Patient Care: Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Perform medical procedures and surgeries relevant to the department. Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Supervision and Teaching: Supervise and mentor junior residents and medical students. Conduct bedside teaching and clinical rounds. Lead departmental educational sessions, case presentations, and seminars. Participate in curriculum development and evaluation. Clinical Research: Engage in clinical research projects within the department. Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals. Present research at conferences and academic meetings. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical standards. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to policy development. Professional Development: Stay current with advancements in medical knowledge and practices. Attend continuing medical education (CME) programs and workshops. Participate in professional organizations and societies.Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.Completion of residency training in the relevant specialty.Board certification or eligibility in the relevant specialty.Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience as a resident doctor.Strong clinical skills and medical knowledge.Excellent teaching and mentoring abilities.Strong research and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to continuous professional development.
