Medical Representative

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to create and implement business plans and tactical strategies for your assigned territory. You will manage your daily sales call activity according to defined expectations and coordinate with and report to Area Business Managers. Developing a call plan for your territory and making the required number of calls on physicians and pharmacies will be crucial to your success. Your role will involve managing your geographic territory effectively to achieve individual, territory, and company sales goals, including appropriate sample distribution. It is essential to maintain a thorough knowledge of the product(s) you are representing and to verify and complete the necessary data entry in CRM systems, documenting target responses and any follow-up actions. Regular and timely communication with both your Area Business Manager and Regional Business Manager will be expected. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in conferences, meetings, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree Preferred Skills: - Ability to work independently and as a team member - Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry - Self-motivated and disciplined This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits included.
