Role Overview
The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for managing the reception area of the hospital/college, welcoming patients and visitors, handling registration and appointment-related activities, and providing administrative and communication support to the management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Welcome patients and visitors, and guide them to the appropriate department/doctor.
2. Complete patient registration and accurately enter data into the system.
3. Manage appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellations.
4. Handle telephone calls, emails, and other communication channels professionally.
5. Maintain patient records and reports in an organized manner.
6. Coordinate with the billing/cash section to assist with payments and receipts.
7. Ensure the reception area is neat, clean, and well-organized.
8. Provide necessary reports and updates to the management and senior officials.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation or Diploma in Healthcare/Hospital Administration preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Hospital Management Software).
Good communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Professional behavior, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
