Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Medical Receptionist. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for handling appointment scheduling, managing phone calls, performing various receptionist duties, and utilizing medical terminology in a professional manner. Daily tasks will include greeting clients, managing patient records, and providing administrative support to the veterinary team.

Qualifications

Skills in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and managing a Medical Office
Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office management or related field is preferred
