Medical Receptionist

As a Customer Service Executive (Receptionist), you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to customer service in a hospital or diagnostics center. Your role will involve interacting with patients, managing calls effectively, and ensuring smooth communication within the facility. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner - Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Maintain a neat and organized reception area - Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient records - Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality customer service Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of 12th pass - Prior experience of at least 6 months in a similar role is preferred, but freshers are also welcome - Good communication skills and the ability to handle calls efficiently Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a requirement to work night shifts as well as rotational shifts at the hospital or diagnostics center. Your work location will be in person, where you will be the frontline representative of the facility.
