Your Day-to-Day

As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play a key role in delivering a high standard of care and ensuring clinic operations run smoothly.In this

multi-site role

, you'll be rostered across several of our Southern Gold Coast clinics all are only 5km away from each other, so flexibility and reliable transport are essential.

You'll Be Responsible For

• Welcoming and checking in patients
• Answering phones and managing email enquiries
• Booking and rescheduling appointments using our RIS system (Karisma)
• Advising patients on preparation requirements
• Quoting fees and processing payments
• Handling DVA and third-party claims
• Supporting our clinical teams to provide smooth and efficient patient care
  

What You'll Bring

• A warm, professional, and approachable personality
• Proven experience in reception, healthcare, or customer-facing roles (radiology experience a bonus!)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
