Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Officer located in the Raipur district. The Medical Officer will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, providing high-quality healthcare services, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. The role includes overseeing patient care, conducting medical procedures, offering training to staff, and ensuring seamless coordination with physicians and other medical staff. The Medical Officer will also lead initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery and maintain compliance with medical standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in practicing Medicine and providing high-quality Patient Care
• Experience in Surgery and conducting medical procedures
• Ability to work closely and collaboratively with Physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Skills in training and mentoring healthcare staff
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Valid medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and registration with relevant medical boards
• Work experience in occupational health or industrial settings is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
