Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Laboratory Technician, based in Faridabad. The role involves performing medical tests and procedures in accordance with standardized laboratory practices and protocols. Primary responsibilities include operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, conducting quality control checks, processing patient samples, documenting results accurately, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaboration with healthcare providers and consistent reporting of test results are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Technology and Laboratory Skills
• Knowledge of Laboratory Medicine practices and techniques
• Experience handling and operating Laboratory Equipment
• Skills in implementing Quality Control measures and ensuring compliance
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
• Valid certification/licensure in medical laboratory technology where applicable
