Qualifications Proficiency in Medical Technology and Laboratory Skills Expertise in Quality Control within a laboratory setting Knowledge in Laboratory Medicine and the use of Laboratory Equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Completion of an Medical Laboratory Technician program Previous experience in a clinical laboratory is preferred
