Job Description

We are hiring for the role of Medical Interpretation Assistant

Provide accurate
Japanese-English and English-Japanese interpretation
for patients, doctors, and hospital staff.
Facilitate clear and culturally appropriate communication between Japanese clients and English-speaking personnel.
Accompany patients to hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities as needed.
Translate medical and administrative documents when required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Ensure timely and precise communication to enhance client satisfaction.
Support in preparing reports and documentation related to patient interactions.

Required Skills:

Fluency in
Japanese and English
(spoken and written).
Certification: JLPT N2 / N3 (or currently pursuing N2).
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Good understanding of
Japanese culture and etiquette
.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
.
Ability to work efficiently in a
fast-paced and multicultural environment
.
Prior experience in
language interpretation or translation
will be an added advantage.
